The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with en-suite, a king-size, a ground-floor double, and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a south-facing front balcony with patio and furniture, a lower-level lawn area, as well as off-road parking for one car, additional roadside parking, and an EV charging point. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Lleifior is a fantastic dwelling for a family escape to Gwynedd. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Note: Property is elevated, steps up to access. Note: The lawn is not enclosed, please ensure children are supervised. Note: Take care with ground clearance when parking on the drive, due to gradient up the hill. Note: No stag, hen or similar parties. Note: Property sleeps a maximum of 8 people.
This charming little market town is situated in southern Snowdonia, halfway between the sea and the massive Cader Idris mountain range. It's a fantastic home base for a vacation, ideal for combining the many outdoor activities available in Snowdonia with leisurely days at Barmouth, Fairbourne, and Aberdovey's soft sand beaches. The town itself has a good assortment of stores, five pubs, a wine bar, as well as many top-notch cafes, restaurants, and bakeries that daily produce fresh bread and pastries. Dolgellau is said to have the highest concentration of listed buildings in all of Wales, with over 200 of them, and it has been classified as a "cycling break centre," with several specific cycle routes running through the town. The Coed y Brenin mountain bike trail is nearby, and the area is perfect for peaceful outdoor activity because it is close to mountains, forests, waterfalls, castles, and beaches.
