The areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, washer/dryer and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six and a sitting area with a Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, and two twins, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a wrap around decking area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 1.1 miles you will find a pub, and within 1 mile, a shop, and please note that one well-behaved dog is allowed, but sorry no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Wodge is the perfect setting to relish a family getaway to Cumbria. Note: There are steps to exterior of property. Note: Check-in is from 4pm, check-out at 10am. Note: Guests have access to a range of on-site facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, a children's play area, and a restaurant.

The little community of Troutbeck Bridge is located in the Lake District National Park, near to the renowned Kirkstone Pass, between the well-known towns of Windermere and Ambleside. The thriving towns of Windermere and Ambleside, which offer a variety of services like stores, pubs, and cafes, are nearby. Children will appreciate the Beatrix Potter World in neighbouring Bowness, where technology brings her characters to life. Lake Windermere offers a variety of lakeside activities, including visits to the famed Grizedale Forest Park and the world-famous Aquarium. Troutbeck Bridge is a great place to start exploring the area because it's close to places like Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick, and the Lakeland Mountains.
