There are several smaller villages and hamlets in the vicinity, many of which also have a bar, including Saint Kew, a settlement with a church and a tavern, which is only a few miles away. The market town of Wadebridge, which is close by and has several stores, bars, and restaurants in addition to the only movie theatre in North Cornwall, is nearby.
