The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, dining seating for five people, and a sitting room and TV. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin and a single, along with a shower room and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a front garden with lawn, an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.4 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power and bed linen are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet welcome or two small pets. Note: The rear garden is enclosed. Note: Charging of Electric Vehicles is PROHIBITED due to electrocution and fire safety reasons, closest charging point is at Porthmadog Tesco car park. Porthmadog, a lively harbour town just 2 miles away on the scenic Glaslyn Estuary, is home to the Ffestiniog Railway and Welsh Highland Railway, where you may take a steam train through the breathtaking Snowdonia landscape. Tremadog, with its bars and restaurants, is not far away, and neither is the charming village of Borth-y-Gest, with its cliffs and bays. You can also easily travel to the nearby, world-famous Italianate village of Portmeirion. Visit the imposing castles of Criccieth, Harlech, and Caernarfon; delve into the slate caverns of Llechwedd; go out on the water for a day of sea, course, or game fishing; or just relax and enjoy the scenery. You couldn't ask for a better base from which to explore Snowdonia and the rest of the stunning Llyn Peninsula.
