The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dining seating for six, and a sitting room with Smart TV with Freeview and access to your streaming services. The bedrooms consist of three super-king/twin (beds can be configured as super-king or twin beds on request) along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a shared communal outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, games room, children’s play area, as well as ample off-road parking. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.8 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Located near the mouth of the Helford River in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Mawnan Smith is a pretty little village. It is home to a traditional pub, a restaurant, a church and a handful of shops. The surrounding area is perfect for ramblers, with an abundance of creekside and woodland walks, and subtropical gardens at Glendurgan and Trebah. The Helford River also offers opportunities for kayaking and sailing as well as fishing. The nearby maritime town of Falmouth is a popular resort, with a range of shops and restaurants, bowling alley and the National Maritime Museum…. Or why not catch the ferry from Helford Passage to Helford Village and explore the picturesque South Helford? Enterprise Boats offer trips up the River Fal from Falmouth to Truro, passing iconic maritime locations and landmarks as well as several ocean-going vessels which anchor in the river.
