Outside, there is a shared front courtyard, a communal outdoor swimming pool, hot tubs and sauna, and a children’s play area, as well as off-road parking. Within 1.8 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a shop, and please note that one well behaved dog is allowed for an additional fee, additional dogs by prior arrangement with the owner, plus an additional fee and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Porthallow is a fantastic dwelling for a family getaway to Cornwall. The charming port of Penryn, one of the oldest market towns in Cornwall, has a rich history of harbour architecture and magnificent granite houses that sharply slope along the cobbled lanes down to the sea. The renowned seaport of Falmouth is located just one mile from the Penryn River further downstream.
