Sea Palling is a picturesque beach community midway between Great Yarmouth and Cromer and not far from Norwich. It serves as an ideal home base from which to discover the beauty of the Norfolk Coast and the serenity of the Norfolk Broads. The Blue Flag beach is great for swimming and other water sports because of its protected waters and the presence of permanent RNLI lifeguards and a boat dedicated to the rescue of beachgoers in distress. There are several places to eat, drink, play, get mail, and shop in this quaint community. To go around to the various communities in the area, you can take advantage of the reliable bus service or rent a bike at the convenient Waxham Barns. Incredible coastal hiking is available nearby, and the area of Sea Palling, Waxham, and Horsey is famous for its population of grey seals. Hickling Nature Reserve is within driving distance for people who prefer to spend more time in nature, while the historic city of Norwich can be reached in under half an hour. For discovering The Broads, boat hire is offered close at Stalham Strait, Potter Heigham and within the scenic broads town of Wroxham, all within 15 minutes' drive.

Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.
