Appliances consist of a Rangemaster with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, two washing machines, tumble dryer, and dishwasher, and for entertainment, three Smart TVs, a selection of games, a snooker table and foosball table. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and hot tub, two balconies with furniture, a private driveway and EV charger. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles and a pub in 0.3 miles. Enjoy West Yorkshire at 36 Glen Road. Note: There are steps in the garden, please take care. Note: No stag, hen, or similar parties. Note: There is a no-noise policy after 10pm, we kindly advise that use of the outside areas, including the hot tub, is not permitted after 10pm out of respect for the surrounding neighbours. There are no facilities to charge an electric vehicle at the property, please don't use the main electric. Thin property is aimed at family bookings. Eldwick is a small village, resting between Bingley and Hawksworth in the West Yorkshire County.
