The living areas consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dining area, and a sitting area with TV, there is also a utility with washing machine and garage with tumble dryer and walk-in shower, there is also a mezzanine snug with roof terrace, balcony and TV. The bedrooms consist of two ground-floor doubles, a ground-floor twin and a ground-floor single all serviced by a ground-floor bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars, a rear gravelled garden and a large front garden with lawn, patio and sea views. Shop, pub and beach in 0.1 miles. Travel cot available. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. Explore Cornwall at Blue Ridge. Note: There is a steep drop from the parking area, an open-tread, spiral staircase and high bunk bed please take care and supervise children. Polzeath, a little coastal village on the Cornish coast, is home to a pristine stretch of sandy beach that is also widely recognised as one of the top surfing spots in the country. The South West Coast Path, which spans 630 miles, passes through the village of Polzeath, where you'll also find a selection of unique shops, cafes, and restaurants. Wadebridge, located just over seven miles away, is a bustling market town on the banks of the River Camel with plenty of dining and shopping options and the only family-owned movie theatre in all of North Cornwall. Padstow, with its harbour, pastel-washed ancient houses, and acclaimed restaurants, is well worth seeing, as is the surrounding landscape, which includes the famous Camel Trail. Newquay, the UK surfing hotspot, is easily accessible by car and boasts over 11 kilometres of golden sand beaches. If you want to get out and see more of this area of Cornwall, Polzeath is a great place to do that from.
