The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with AGA cooker, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer, a dining area with seating for four guests, a sitting area with Smart TV, a formal dining room with seating for six guests and an additional sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with roll-top bath and en-suite cloakroom and a double with en-suite shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and hot tub, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.7 miles you will find a shop, and within 1.8 miles, a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towel are all included in the price. Waveney Cottage is a wonderful choice for a remote break to the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Note: Adults only, no children allowed. Note: Smoking and naked flames are strictly forbidden anywhere at the property due to the thatched roof

The Sandringham Estate, as well as the Aviation and Steam Train Museums, Castles, Cathedrals, Breweries, Vineyards, and the World-Famous Norfolk Broads, make for excellent day trips. Bigod's Castle ruins, Buttercross, a Spring Garden market, an antiques fair in the summer, and a Christmas market all draw visitors to nearby Bungay.
