The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher TV and woodburning stove, and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, two doubles and one twin, along with a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, sheltered decking, furniture and a barbecue, and a private driveway for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles and a pub in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Eaton House is a wonderful dwelling for exploring the East Riding of Yorkshire as a family. Note: There is a cot available which can be converted into a bed for up to a 4 year old - Please advise the owner prior to arrival if either is required
The small linear village of Beeford lies in the Yorkshire Wolds betwixt Driffield, Bridlington and Hornsea - yet within 10 miles of Beverley. The two main streets are lined with a mixture of old and modern properties. There is Post Office, butcher's shop, a pub and a fish and a chip shop. Additionally there are several churches lining the main street. Surrounded by rich agricultural land, Beeford is a good location for exploring the pretty market towns of the Yorkshire Wolds such as Market Weighton and Beverley. The seaside resorts of Bridlington and Flamborough lie a few miles to the east. The RSPB reserve at Bempton is only 14 miles away and during the summer the cliffs are alive with puffins, razorbills, cormorants and gannets.
