The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for eight guests, and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-size with en-suite shower rooms, a ground-floor king-size and a ground-floor double, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed patio with furniture and hot tub, along with off-road parking for four cars. Within 3.7 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.6 miles, a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Partridge Place is an exceptional base for a wonderful retreat in the East Riding of Yorkshire. ote: No stag/hen parties or similar. Only six miles from the coast, in the middle of East Yorkshire's Holderness peninsula, is the small agricultural village of Burton Pidsea. Along with a typical village store and church, the village boasts a few local inns. Flat country lanes all around it make for great riding and easy strolling. With all amenities, charming architecture, and tea rooms, nearby old Hedon is a great choice. The City of Hull, the 2017 City of Culture, is located seven miles from Burton Pidsea and features the amazing aquatic centre The Deep in addition to the well-known Truck Theatre. The ancient inner centre makes for an intriguing tour and sheds light on Hull's previous trading relationships. Wide, open sandy beaches stretch from Spurn Point to Bridlington, and birdwatchers will enjoy the Flamborough Cliffs, Bempton, and Spurn Point RSPB Reserves. The picturesque, historic City of York is a short drive away, as are the Beverley racetrack and the Yorkshire Wolds' undulating hills.
