The living areas in this holiday home consist of a kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, utility with fridge/freezer, dining room and sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request) and a single with shower room. Outside there is off-road parking opposite for two cars (pending conversion to hardstanding once planning permission granted) and an elevated garden with lawn and patio with views over to Newport Beach. Two well behaved dogs welcome (additional charge applies), dogs allowed downstairs only (stairgate to upstairs) and not on soft furnishings. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Pembrokeshire at Delfryn. Within 0.4 miles there is a pub and shop and 2.1 miles a beach. Note: The garden is accessed by approximately 11 steep steps with gate at the top and bottom, please supervise children at all times. Note: There is one step up into the kitchen, please take care. Note: There is no BBQ but you are more than welcome to bring your own.

Newport is located along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, which boasts a stunning coastline and excellent dolphin and seal-watching opportunities. The path along the coast is beautiful year-round, as are the nearby Preseli Hills, which offer a wide variety of terrain. Explore the county's mills, craft centres, and castles to learn about the region's past, or spend the day at the fantastic Castell Henllys Iron Age Fort to get a feel for what life was like in the Iron Age. Visit the Shire Horse Farm to see some magnificent Shire horses, or take your pick from a long list of stunning sandy beaches. This is a fantastic family destination any time of year.
