Lobster Lodge is a great family property with a prime harbourside position in the popular fishing village of Seahouses with outstanding views towards the Farne Islands and sea beyond. It is furnished to a high standard with top of the range fixtures and fittings. This four storey seafront property provides a flexible base with easy access to the beach and village amenities. There is access from the rear into the second floor and also from the harbourside into the ground floor. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance hall with stairs to the first floor. Garage. FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with two single beds. Bedroom 3 with one single bed. Shower room with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rails. SECOND FLOOR Main entrance. Open plan kitchen / dining / living space. Kitchen area with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Dining area with table and chairs. Lounge area with comfy seating, TV and patio doors to the balcony. Balcony overlooking the harbour and Farne Islands. Stairs to third floor. THIRD FLOOR Bedroom 4 with King size bed. Seahouses offers a variety of shops and a good selection of inns, pubs and eating places. Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, is not to be missed. There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. Golf, fishing and riding are also available locally.
