The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, wine chiller, and TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, a further king-size, and a twin, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed front lawn, an enclosed rear decked area with furniture, and a private field with access into a woodland, along with a private driveway for four cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Travel cot available. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, a pub in 0.3 miles, and the beach in 1.1 miles. Glen Rise is a lovely base to enjoy a family break to Devon. Note: There are steps to the exterior. Note: Please ensure dogs are not left alone at the property.
Combe Martin is located where the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty converge. This modest beach resort is a popular destination for both locals and tourists because it has all the amenities needed. The beach at Combe Martin is highly well-liked, and the sheltered cove there is great for rock-pooling and paddle-boarding. The hamlet also has a dinosaur and wildlife park! The famous Earl of Rone festival and an annual carnival are both hosted in Combe Martin each year in May. With Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe, and Barnstaple all within easy driving distance, this is a great starting point for exploring and learning about North Devon.
