The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a living/dining room with Smart TV with Sky, a snug, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with dressing room and en-suite, a king-size, a twin, and a ground-floor bunk, along with a ground-floor shower room and a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub, and off-road parking for six cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Highchair and travel cot available. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and the beach in 1 mile and a pub in 0.5 miles. Fallowfield is a wonderful base for a family break to Norfolk. Note: Check-in time 5pm, check-out time 10am.
