The kitchen/diner houses an electric range oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a utility with washing machine, a dining room, a children's play room with games and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms include a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, a super-king-size (zip/link), a king-size with day bed, a king-size with basin, a double with en-suite shower, a twin and a single, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. To the outside is ample off-road parking and a front, side and rear garden with furniture and barbecue. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub. One dog is welcome however smoking is not allowed. Note: The fireplace in the sitting room is not to be used.
