There is one king-size bedroom with single sofa bed and en-suite bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture, a communal picnic area, shared glass dining house and dog field, as well as off-road parking. Within 1 mile you will find both a shop and a pub and within 0.1 miles, a pond and please note that dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot and highchair available on request. The Bull Pen is an idyllic base for your next Devon getaway, any time of year. Note: There is an additional charge of £30 per dog, per stay. Note: The sofa bed is able to sleep 1 child.
Colyton, a small village in East Devon, has been inhabited since 700 AD. Colyton, which is three miles from Seaton and six miles from Axmouth, contains a lot of historical structures, like St. Andrew's Church, as well as meandering alleyways filled with independent businesses. The numerous inns provide delicious food and a friendly atmosphere. From the tram stop in Colyton, you may take a relaxing ride to Seaton along the River Axe. The charming towns of Colyford, Southleigh, Northleigh, and Farway are tucked away in the Coly Valley and make for pleasant day trips.
