The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining table for six and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and TV, a double with TV and a bunk with TV all serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and a warp-around decking with furniture and hot tub. Within 0.1 miles there is an on-site shop and pub. Highchair and travel cot available. Troutbeck Bridge is a small community in Lake District National Park that is conveniently located between Windermere and Ambleside and not far from the popular tourist destination of Kirkstone Pass. This sleepy hamlet, comprised of a smattering of Lakeland cottages, is home to a vibrant and highly popular local pub known for its excellent selection of authentic ales and delicious meals. Windermere and Ambleside, two nearby towns, offer a wide variety of services and conveniences such as stores, bars, and restaurants. Kids will love the World of Beatrix Potter in neighbouring Bowness, where cutting-edge technology brings the author's characters to life. Lake Windermere is home to a wide variety of water-based attractions. Troutbeck Bridge is well located for day trips to nearby Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick, and the Lakeland Mountains.
