The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with TV, one super-king-size, one double and a twin, along with a cloakroom, shower room and bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and patio, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.8 miles you will find a shop, within 0.6 miles, a pub and within 1.8 miles, a beach and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. High Mill House is a fabulous abode for a family retreat in North Yorkshire.
Just 2.5 miles separate the beach town of Scarborough from the charming village of Scalby. With its stone cottages and Victorian homes, the village centre is well-equipped, with a tavern, two neighbourhood stores, a charming tea cafe, a hair salon, and a beauty parlour. With countless public trails and the well-known Scalby Beck, which winds its way to the coast, it makes the ideal site to stay. It is surrounded by rolling hills and lovely countryside, with thousands of hectares of moors and forest. The grounds of St. Lawrence's Church Rooms host a weekly farmers market where fresh local products is sold. Scalby offers a nice getaway after a hard day out because Scarborough is right around the corner, with its superb, sandy beaches, excellent restaurants, and vibrant town centre!
