The living areas in the single-storey cottage consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a sitting room offering a TV with Freeview. There is a king-size and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a front enclosed garden with decking, lawn and furniture, along with allocated parking for two cars. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, within 1.6, a pub, and within 0.6, a beach. Please be mindful that this property accepts one well-behaved dog but will not tolerate smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available at an additional cost. Choose Cottage for a marvellous stay on the Llyn Peninsula. Note: There are two steps up to the entrance, please take care. Note: Check-in from 4pm and check-out by 10am.Note: 2 small dogs welcome- a charge of at £50 applied for the second dog.
