The living areas in this reverse-level property consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine, a dining area with seating for eight guests and sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms all reside on the ground-floor and consist of two super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), one with an en-suite shower room, and two king-size, all with Smart TVs, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a enclosed rear decking with furniture and barbecue, a raised-level terrace and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair, stairgate and travel cot are available. 7 Beachdown is a fabulous abode for a family or group of friends in Devon. Challaborough is a small village within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just one mile from the secluded beach and stunning cliffs of Bigbury Bay. Home to a well-stocked convenience store and a friendly local pub/restaurant, this village has all the essentials for a scenic escape to the South Devon Coast. The neighbouring towns and villages of Hope Cove and Salcombe are filled with soft sandy beaches, breath-taking vistas and enchanting local landmarks that tell of the rich local history.
