The living areas in this reverse-level property consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine, a dining area with seating for eight guests and sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms all reside on the ground-floor and consist of two super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), one with an en-suite shower room, and two king-size, all with Smart TVs, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a enclosed rear decking with furniture and barbecue, a raised-level terrace and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair, stairgate and travel cot are available. 7 Beachdown is a fabulous abode for a family or group of friends in Devon. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am.

Challaborough is a small village within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just one mile from the secluded beach and stunning cliffs of Bigbury Bay. Home to a well-stocked convenience store and a friendly local pub/restaurant, this village has all the essentials for a scenic escape to the South Devon Coast. The neighbouring towns and villages of Hope Cove and Salcombe are filled with soft sandy beaches, breath-taking vistas and enchanting local landmarks that tell of the rich local history. Be sure to explore attractions such as Warren Point, Wembury, the Woodlands Family Theme Park and Dartmoor Zoo, or visit the South Huish Wetlands Reserve and Western Beacon, before taking a tour of the landscapes with a relaxing journey on the 19th century steam train of the South Devon Railway.
