Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, a front lawn and a rear garden with decking, furniture, lawn and gravelled area with barbecue. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop, pub and beach. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore all Devon has to offer at Sou West. Note: There are sloping ceiling in both upstairs bedrooms and therefore may be limited head height. Note: There are steps in the garden and down to the garden from the snug, please take care. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome on prior arrangement.

Malborough is a charming community full of thatched houses, a flourishing post office, and a village shop as well as two great country pubs. About two miles separate you from the southernmost town in the South Hams, Salcombe, a popular sailing destination. Salcombe's stunning coastline makes it a wonderful place to go sailing, participate in other water activities, go for a walk along the shore, or just relax in the sun. Visit the nearby country estates and gardens, or take a trip to the charming market town of Kingsbridge, where you can people-watch and learn about the local fauna. Alternately, Dartmoor is about 15 miles away and features vast fields and craggy tors. A wonderful holiday spot with enough to do.
