The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. Highchair available upon request. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop, within 0.6 miles a pub and within 0.8 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved pets allowed on the ground floor only but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sandy Cottage is a beautiful base for a getaway on the Isle of Wight. Note: There is bike storage available in the shed outside. Note: Please contact owner with description of dogs as suitable towels and robes and a basket will be provided, they will be located in the shed. Note: Dogs to be remain on the ground floor only please. Note: Strictly no smoking permitted anywhere in the property or on the grounds

The Hall of Funny Mirrors, the Giant Hedge Maze, and a 100-meter rapid boat slide are just a few of the attractions at Blackgang Chine that are ideal for both youthful and young-at-heart visitors. With its impressive waterfalls and densely forested trails, the Shanklin Chine is another place that is well worth a visit. Sandown is recognised as one of the sunniest spots on the South coast and offers beautiful coastal walks and breathtaking scenery, making it the ideal holiday spot for everyone.

The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.
