The living areas consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen with double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining table for ten and sitting area with Smart TV, there is a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and a second sitting room with woodburning stove. There is also a boot room and a playroom with games and toys. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, a king-size with tv, two king-sizes and a nursery with child's bed and cot all serviced by a bathroom shower room and cloakrooms. Outside there is off-road parking for six cars and an enclosed garden with lawn and patio. Within 1.9 miles there is a shop and 0.2 miles a pub. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. Located halfway between the Cotswolds and the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this town in Oxfordshire has a picturesque location. Its conveniences revolve around its High Street, which features a wide variety of stores, bars, and restaurants. There's a windmill and a church there, both from the 18th century. Traveling to nearby Oxford for the day is a must; the city is stunning, with grand buildings and a plethora of excellent retail and dining options. Waterside Theatre, King's Head Coaching Inn (15th century), and Buckinghamshire County Museum can all be found in the nearby bustling town of Aylsebury. Beautiful hiking and biking trails can be found in both the Chiltern Hills and the Cotswolds.
