The bedrooms all have TVs and consist of a king-size, a double, and a single, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed front garden, an enclosed rear garden with lawn and a shed, and off-road parking for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop, pub and River Torridge in 0.2 miles. Lime Court Barn is a wonderful base for a Devonshire escape. Note: There is a step up into the property.

With its prime location in Ruby Trail Country and convenient access to the Tarka Trail and the seashore, Sheepwash is perfect for those who enjoy walking and the great outdoors. Take a stroll along the River Torridge, where you might see a family of otters and a few kingfishers. The coastal villages of Bude, Clovelly, Bideford, and Westward Ho!, where you can enjoy typical beach activities, surfing, and the South West coastal walk, are just a few of the interesting locations nearby.
