An area of outstanding natural beauty in Cornwall, the Roseland Peninsula borders the charming, ancient settlement of Grampound. It's a great place to start your exploration of the Cornish Riviera because it's around halfway between the cathedral city of Truro, the historic market town of St. Austell, and the north and south coasts. In the village, you may discover a country tavern, a heritage centre, a restaurant, general stores, and a coffee shop. The expansive stretches of dog-friendly sand at Carne, Pendower, and Porthluney are close to the beautiful coastal village of Mevagissey and the ancient port of Charlestown, both of which are worth a visit. Within a short distance are the infamous Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan. For a more active holiday, there is the Pentewen Cycle Trail and Porthpean Golf Course. It is highly recommended to visit the upscale coastal village of St. Mawes and the harbour town of Fowey with their outstanding selection of pubs and gastronomic eateries.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.
