The living areas in this three-storey property consist of a kitchen diner and first-floor sitting room. Appliances include a SMEG range cooker with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and four Smart TVs. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor single, a double, and two second-floor zip/link king-sizes, one of which has an en-suite shower room, along with a family bathroom and a ground-floor cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, decking, hot tub and furniture, an unenclosed side area with AstroTurf, off-road parking for two cars, along with additional roadside parking. Two dogs welcome. Within 0.6 miles, you will find the nearest shop, within 1.5 miles, a pub. Please note, this is a non-smoking property. The eight thermal springs in Buxton have a constant temperature of 28 degrees centigrade, which is what first drew the Romans to the area. The beautiful semicircular Crescent, The Great Stable, Hall Bank, The Square, The Pavilion Gardens, and The Opera House were all conceived and constructed during the 18th and 19th centuries, though, under the patronage of succeeding Dukes of Devonshire. These spectacular structures and grounds, as well as the Opera House's full schedule and yearly festivals of music and the arts, are still enjoyed by visitors today. With rocky peaks to the north and mild slopes and dales to the south, the area is well-suited for walking. Bakewell, Ashford-in-the-Water, Castleton, and Edale are just a few of the charming towns and villages that can be found there.
