The living areas are on the first floor and consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a utility with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, a living/dining room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, and a snug. The bedrooms are a king-size with a Smart TV, a twin, a bunk, a single, and a ground-floor super-king-size with Smart TV and en-suite, serviced by a bathroom and a shower room. There is an enclosed garden with decking, lawn, patio, furniture, and a little stream, driveway. This is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.2 miles and the beach in 0.3 miles.Note: Access to the property is via a flight of external steps. Note: There is a small stream running through the garden. A slipway makes it simple for everyone to access the beach, along with a picnic area and a number of stores and cafés to enjoy; the village centre has more shops, pubs, hotels, and restaurants to also make use of. The location aims to appeal to all tastes, with the village itself being perfect for family vacations and the rural setting providing serenity and convenient access to the coast, rural Anglesey, and of course the breath-taking Snowdonia mountains.
