The living areas include a kitchen housing an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, a dining room, a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburner and a snug with Smart TV. The bedrooms include a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twins on request) with freestanding bath and hand-held shower, a four-poster super-king-size with en-suite shower and a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twins on request), serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. To the outside is one off-road parking space and an enclosed patio with bench. Travel cot, highchair, fuel, power, starter pack for fire, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two pets are welcome but sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub in 0.3 miles or less. Retreat to Yarn Cottage for a wonderful break to the Cotswolds. Note: The parking space is accessed via an electric gate at the rear of the cottage patio; this gate is operated by a fob which can be found by the patio doors inside the cottage. Note: If the fob is lost or damaged there will be a charge of £75. Note: Additional parking can be found 150 yards away in a car park.
The picturesque Broadway village, also referred to as "The Jewel of the Cotswolds," is tucked away beneath the Worcestershire hills. This classic English village, one of the most stunning in the Cotswolds, not only offers a fantastic selection of distinctive shops and boutiques, galleries, and restaurants, but it also has a rich history reaching back to Roman times. The famed Lygon Arms, which has been a favourite for decades, now offers spa services that can be used on a scheduled basis. Shakespeare's birthplace of Stratford-upon-Avon, Cheltenham Spa, and the historic town of Worcester are all easily accessible from Broadway, making it a fantastic starting point for exploring the Cotswolds and its surroundings. This really is a terrific area for a relaxed vacation, all year long, with a plethora of National Trust properties, museums, scenic hikes, and cycle trails.
Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.
