The living areas in this holiday lodge consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining table for four and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed, decked terrace with furniture. An allocated parking space in the car park. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop, 0.2 miles a pub and 1.1 miles a beach. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Combe Martin can be found near the confluence of Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. All the essentials are available in this modest beach town, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists. Combe Martin has a popular beach because of its sheltered cove, ideal for rock-pooling and paddle boarding. There is a Nature and Dinosaur Park in the town as well. Every year in May, Combe Martin hosts the famous Earl of Rone festival, and in August, the town hosts a funfair. North Devon's top attractions, including Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe, and Barnstaple, are conveniently close to this location, making it a great home base for sightseeing and exploration. The National Trust also maintains a number of wonderful gardens and homes. Woolacombe is home to some of the best surfing in the region, and the South West Coastal Path passes by within a mile. If you're planning a trip to the coast, Combe Martin is a fantastic home base because it has activities for all ages.
