The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a front lawn with patio and furniture, a rear courtyard with furniture, and a private driveway for two cars. You'll find a pub and a shop in 0.6 miles, and the beach in 0.9 miles. The sailing town of Salcombe is just a 10-15 minute drive away, and the fishing village of Hope Cove is a short drive away, or can be reached on foot via the South West Coast Path.
