The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a utility with microwave and washing machine, a dining area with seating for eight guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a two king-size with TVs, a double with en-suite shower room and a single, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is a private wraparound garden with lawn, furniture and barbecue and off-road parking is available. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 1.4 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. Charlotte’s House is a fabulous base from which to explore Cornwall. Note: There is a wood supply and tumble dryer in the garage.
The charming village of Pendeen is situated on the Penwith Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding natural Beauty, in North West Cornwall. It has a handful of lovely pubs, convenience stores, pottery/gallery . There is also a wonderful lighthouse tucked away from the centre of the village, where you can marvel at the most spectacular sea views, stretching for miles. Perfect for exploring this lesser-known area of the county, there are so many fantastic things to see and do; from exploring the rugged coastline to pulling on your walking boots and criss-crossing the beautiful countryside, with public footpaths at every turn! The beaches in this section of Cornwall are fantastic and there are so many coastal villages and attractions that will keep you busy. Enjoy shopping in Penzance, discover hidden gems in St Ives' many harbour-front galleries, or find the perfect trinkets to take home in the novelty shops of Mousehole. The open-air Minack Theatre overlooking the stunning beach at Porthcurno should definitely go on the 'to visit' list, and you can also enjoy visiting the many filming locations of the BBC's, Poldark. Whether you're interested in a walking holiday, an adventure or a relaxed beach getaway, this fantastic area has something for everyone.
