The living areas in this reverse-level property consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with balcony access. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a TV. The ground-floor bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is a small lawned garden with furniture, along with available parking. Within 0.4 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog at £25, but is non-smoking. The market town of Stalham is a typical North Norfolk town, with a high street that has a decent selection of shops and restaurants. In addition to regular sales in the town hall, there is a small market that visits on Tuesdays and a farmers' market every other Saturday. A museum that will give you a better understanding of the Broadland ecosystem is essential as Stalham is one of the main starting sites for boating vacations on the Norfolk Broads. This is the ideal starting point for exploring the Norfolk Broads and shoreline because it is only a few miles inland from wonderful beaches.
