The living areas in this single-storey home consist of kitchen/diner with a Gas Range cooker, microwave, TV, and fridge/freezer, a utility with fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove, and an external games room with pool table and cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of three king-size, two of which have en-suites, a family room, and a single, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and a private driveway for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a travel cot. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles, a pub in 1.3 miles, and the beach in 0.4 miles. Resting on the English border, between the sea and land is the idyllic village of Pagham. Perched on the harbour, this small village houses a protected Nature Reserve, allowing nature to flourish, ideal for those for those who love birdwatching. Moreover, many of the buildings within the village are bungalow dwellings which have been crafted from old railway carriages, as well as shops, a selection of three ale and beer pubs and one of the finest churches of its kind, St. Thomas à Becket. You will also find a shingle beach resting on the coastline with a reputation for being one of the sunniest places in the UK. The beach is superb for swimming, yachting, windsurfing, walking and the historic point of interest, the World War II Mulberry Harbour platform. Close by is the seaside resort of Bognor Regis and further afield is the cathedral city of Chichester, each housing amenities and attractions to suit all ages and tastes.
