The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there private patio area with picnic bench, along with off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.8 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.7 miles, a pub and a river, please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome at a supplementary charge of £20 per pet, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. For your next adventure in Lake District, choose Beech Timber Lodge. Derwentwater, a beautiful lake at the head of the breathtaking Borrowdale Valley, is only a short stroll from the town centre. The stunning Newlands Valley is nearby, situated between Braithwaite and Buttermere, and the charming Bassenthwaite Lake is definitely worth a visit. Everything from a leisurely stroll through the countryside to a strenuous walk up Skiddaw or the renowned Catbells is available. Visit the Jennings Brewery, Mirehouse, a magnificent home and gardens on the shores of Bassenthwaite Lake, or go on a wonderful boat tour of Derwentwater.
