Outside, there are enclosed gardens with lawn, patio, and hot tub, along with off-road parking for three cars. Within 1.4 miles, you will find a shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes two well-behaved dogs, but is non-smoking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Travel cot available on request. Hartley Wintney is a wonderful village in Hampshire between Basingstoke and Frimley. This large village is filled with character thanks to its wooded areas and the River Hart flowing through, it is best known for the numerous antique shops lining the high-street. It offers a variety of local stores and pubs including Waggon and Horses and The Cricketers which both serve delicious pub fare and a variety of drinks, ideal for the nights when you don’t fancy cooking! Basingstoke is easily accessible by car and houses Basing House, a grand Tudor castle turned museum which often holds events for the community, there is also Milestone Museum a fun, interactive attraction which recreates street scenes from the past. Travel north to Reading where you can experience the extensive medieval ruins of Reading Abbey and The Museum of English Rural Life, the close proximity to the town makes it perfect for those visiting the annual Reading Music Festival.
