This cottage has three bedrooms including two doubles and a twin, along with a bathroom with a copper freestanding bath and a walk-in shower. The living areas consist of a kitchen with a gas Rangemaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine, a dining room with a woodburning stove, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a snug with open fire, and a boot/dog room. For entertainment there is a TV, WiFi, and a selection of books. Outside, parking on street in front of property with the possibility to park in the driveway for up to 2 average size car. Side and rear gardens with lawns and furniture. Fuel, power, a starter pack for open fires, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop, pub, and beach within 1.5 miles or less. The Vicarage is a lovely home for a seaside break in Cornwall. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £350.

The charming village of Pendeen is situated on the Penwith Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding natural Beauty, in North West Cornwall. It has a handful of lovely pubs, convenience stores, pottery/gallery . There is also a wonderful lighthouse tucked away from the centre of the village, where you can marvel at the most spectacular sea views, stretching for miles. Perfect for exploring this lesser-known area of the county, there are so many fantastic things to see and do; from exploring the rugged coastline to pulling on your walking boots and criss-crossing the beautiful countryside, with public footpaths at every turn! The beaches in this section of Cornwall are fantastic and there are so many coastal villages and attractions that will keep you busy. Enjoy shopping in Penzance, discover hidden gems in St Ives' many harbour-front galleries, or find the perfect trinkets to take home in the novelty shops of Mousehole. The open-air Minack Theatre overlooking the stunning beach at Porthcurno should definitely go on the 'to visit' list, and you can also enjoy visiting the many filming locations of the BBC's, Poldark. Whether you're interested in a walking holiday, an adventure or a relaxed beach getaway, this fantastic area has something for everyone.
