This property consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, a utility with washing machine, and a living/dining room with woodburning stove, and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link), a ground-floor king-size with Smart TV and en-suite, and a twin with play area, selection of games, and en-suite, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio garden with furniture, decking, hot tub, tree house and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2.8, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking, pet-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. Awelfan is a wonderful base for a getaway to Powys. Note: Please be aware that the property rests on a working farm. Note: There are sloped eaves in the twin bedroom; please take care.

Visit the famous NT Powis Castle and Gardens or Gregynog Hall and Gardens, or take excellent scenic walks along Offa’s Dyke. Enjoy day trips to delightful Aberdovey on the stunning Cardigan Bay coastline, a paradise for watersport enthusiasts, or medieval Ludlow and Shrewsbury in nearby Shropshire.
