The development now consists of 6 high end luxury apartments in the main residence and three high end barn conversions to the courtyard. The majority of the original features have been kept and restored and which was a high importance to the British Heritage Report. The living areas in this duplex apartment consist of a second-floor open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and Smart TV, and a communal utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of two first-floor doubles, one with an en-suite, and a second-floor double, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a communal garden with lawned area, patio and furniture, and ample off-road parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles and a pub in 0.5 miles. Whisk your loved ones away to Lancashire for a stay at Alexander. Garstang is a small town within the Wyre Borough of Lancashire, famous for declaring itself the world's first Fairtrade town. The surrounding countryside provides great walking opportunities, whilst the RSPB nature reserves at Leighton Moss and Morecambe Bay are well worth a visit. The Trough of Bowland is nearby, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, while the many varied delights of Blackpool and Morecambe, as well as the towns of Lancaster, Kirkby Lonsdale, Kendal and Windermere and the stunning Lake District National Park are all within easy reach, making this a great destination for all the family.
