The living areas consist of a kitchen/diner, a sitting room and there’s also a utility and a rear courtyard with furniture. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washing machine, and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. There is private, off-road parking for one car and roadside parking for one car with a permit provided. There’s also a public car park nearby with a daily fee. Well-behaved dogs are welcome and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub within 0.3 miles.
