Cae Gogrydd is a detached cottage with three bedrooms including a ground-floor double with a TV and Sky, a double and a single, along with two shower rooms. There is also a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with stunning views, a sitting room with a TV with Freesat, woodburning stove, a utility, and a mezzanine crog loft. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer, and washing machine, and for entertainment there is WiFi. Outside, there is ample, private driveway parking, and a garden with lawn, patio and furniture. One well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, towels all included in the rent. Shop and pub within 4.6 miles. Please note that there are steps up to and throughout the property and some rooms have limited head height. The small market town of Machynlleth sits amid the rolling hills of Mid Wales. The streets of the town spread out from the 19th Century clock tower, and offer a good mix of specialist shops, pubs, and cafes, in addition to the regular street markets held every Wednesday. The town boasts two art galleries, and is home to the Museum of Modern Arts, Wales, which showcases the work of a variety of international artists, as well as staging concerts and lectures in its 400 seater auditorium. Just ten miles from the coast, Machynlleth is also ideally placed for taking advantage of superb walking, riding, fishing and rock climbing available in the area.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
