Holt House has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, a utility, a sitting room with woodburning stove, a king-size bedroom, two doubles (one zip/link, can be twin on request), a single, a bathroom and a cloakroom. Appliances consist of an electric Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and two Smart TVs for entertainment. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, decking, furniture and a summerhouse, and a private driveway for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.5 miles and a pub in 1.1 miles. Enjoy rural Lincolnshire at Holt House. Note: Some road noise should be expected. Note: Some low doorways throughout the home.

Bicker, also known as Bicker Bar, is a small, Lincolnshire village, resting between Donington and Swineshead in the Borough of Boston. With a Post Office and the Ye Olde Red Lion pub, both locals and visitors are well-equipped with the necessities, whilst further amenities lie in Boston, a short car journey away. Whilst in the town of Boston, head to the Boston Guildhall Museum and the Maud Foster Mill, whilst a selection of pubs, restaurants, and shops rest along the boarder of River Witham. Further attractions lie north, with National Trust - Tattershall Castle, Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Visitors Centre, and Just Wake - Tattershall Water Park all worth visiting, nestled around the breath-taking landscape of Tattershall Lakes Country Park. A car journey away you’ll also have the opportunity to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB, the coastline of Skegness, Mablethorpe and Grimsby, whilst south lies the Norfolk Coast AONB and its lovely, coastal villages and towns.
