The Penthouse is a third-floor apartment consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric double oven and hob microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and a snug with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a superking with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, and two additional superkings, each with their own en-suite bathroom. (one can be made into a twin room on request). Outside there is an enclosed balcony with furniture, and parking is available. Within 0.8 miles you will find a shop and within 1 mile, a pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Penthouse is a charming base for your next escape in North Yorkshire. Note: There is lift access up to the property.

Scarborough is a great location for outdoor activities, with golf courses, lovely coastal walks along the Cleveland Way, stunning cycle routes such as the old railway to Whitby, beautiful sailing and championship quality surfing.
