Appliances consist of an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a Smart TV for entertainment. Outside there is a front, lawned garden, a rear multi-level garden with lawn, patio, furniture, chimenea, and a summerhouse, and a private driveway for four cars. This is a smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles, the beach in 0.8 miles, and River Gannel Boating Lake in 0.3 miles. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
