The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin (zip/link can be king-size on request), along with a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is an enclosed side patio with furniture and off-road parking for three cars with free EV charging. One well-behaved pet welcome. Within 2.6 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels ad WiFi included in the rent. Sandbach is a large historic market town located off the M6 in Cheshire and dates back to Saxon times with its famous Saxon Crosses still visible in the cobbled square. The town offers plenty of interesting shops with many pubs and restaurants to visit. In the centre of Sandbach the market square holds regular weekly markets and a monthly farmers' market as well as a great Christmas market to keep everyone happy. The Brereton Heath Nature Reserve is a place to visit with some lovely walks and some interesting wood sculptures to see. For something a little different you can visit St Mary's Church, a Grade II listed building with some beautiful stained glass windows as well as the church yard which is a peaceful place to explore.
