The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with dual fuel range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher, dining table for four, and a sitting room with large Smart TV with Freeview and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin with TV, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a lawned garden with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars in shared parking area. Within 1.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.8 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Note: Garden is unfenced and has occasional rabbit burrows, children and pets to be supervised. Note: There are 3 spiral steps that lead down to the twin bedroom. Crown Cottage is located in a perfect spot for exploring this delightful area.
Three miles from Prestatyn's coast, Llanasa is a quiet rural hamlet about 25 miles from Chester's historic centre. Llanasa has been awarded the "Prestigious Best Kept Village in Wales" several times, and its village community and surrounding countryside are a joy to behold. The village of Llanasa has a well-known Inn, restaurant, church, and community centre. Prestatyn, a seaside resort nearby, has a wide variety of beaches, shops, a recreation centre, a golf course, and a slew of pubs and restaurants to choose from. The seaside town of Colwyn Bay is a little further away, where you can stroll along the promenade and enjoy some fish and chips next to the water, or you can even take a day trip to Chester and explore!
