1 Primitive Mews is a stone-built, semi-detached cottage in the Peak District village of Chelmorton. This cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom, which also has an en-suite bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there is a gravelled area with furniture and barbecue. 1 Primitive Mews is an ideal romantic base for exploring the area.. The village of Chelmorton is situated in the heart of the Peak District National Park. The village boasts a village shop and pub which serves good food. Chelmorton has a fascinating historic landscape of 'fossil' arable strips enclosed within drystone walls and the village has a lovely medieval church of St John the Baptist.
