Llanyblodwel is a small rural Shropshire village located in the beautiful Tanat Valley and close to the Offa’s Dyke Path and only one mile from the Welsh border. The village is surrounded by stunning countryside and boasts the Grade I Listed St. Michael’s Church and the 15th century pub were you’ll receive a warm welcome. Only six miles away is the ancient English border town of Oswestry and the Welsh village of Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant, home to Pistyll Rhaeadr, the UK’s highest single drop waterfall.
A E Houseman once wrote that Shropshire was “the quietest place under the sun” and today the county remains something of a rural idyll, recognised as one of the least crowded and most peaceful regions in England.
