Hendy Cottage is a detached cottage near to the towns of Criccieth and Pwllheli, as well as a short drive from the Snowdonia National Park and Abersoch further down the Llyn Peninsula. The cottage sleeps four people and has one king-size bed in the eaves, as well as a ground floor king size bedroom and a ground floor shower room (there is a step into the shower) Also in the cottage, there is a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area, woodburner and TV with SKY Q / NETFLIX. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a garden with furniture. Superfast broadband, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Situated on the Llyn Peninsula, Hendy Cottage is a lovely romantic base from which to explore this lovely part of the country. Some restricted head height in the crog loft. Note: Ground floor shower has a step into the shower Note: Due to the age and nature of the cottage, small children to be supervised. Note: The neighbouring house has a right of way to access their property. Note: Check-in 4pm - Check-out 10am. Note: King-size double bedroom accessed via steep ladder in entrance hallway and the mezzanine snug is accessed via a narrow spiral open tread staircase in the sitting room.

Chwilog is a small village on the Llyn Peninsula, near the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales, in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The Afon Wen river runs through the village and down to the sea, just one mile away. A short drive away, Criccieth is a delightful seaside town with a 13th century castle sat on a rocky outcrop with wonderful views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the towns two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing in the surf, or relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, sampling the famous Cadwalader’s ice cream. Visit Abersoch, an attractive harbour village situated between two glorious bays. It is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Hell’s Mouth. Further afield, attractions such as Portmeirion’s wonderful Italianate gardens, the individual shops and restaurants, as well as the Ffestiniog railway, in the bustling harbour town of Porthmadog, Harlech Castle, Pwllheli host to both European and world sailing events, Caernarfon Castle and the beautiful beaches and renowned golf courses of the Llyn Peninsula are all within an easy drive.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
